This explains what the SKML Foods app — used to order food from SKML Dhaba and Restaurant — collects about you, why, and what say you have over it.

We collect only what's needed to create your account, take your order, and get it to you.

What we don't collect: your card number, UPI ID, or bank details never reach our servers. Checkout is handled entirely by Razorpay, a licensed, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
We do not use your data to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell it. There are no third-party advertising SDKs in this app.
Only the services that need it to do their one job — never sold, never handed to a data broker.
A delivery partner sees only the name, phone number, and address needed for the one order they're delivering — nothing else in your account.
Every real-money transaction — an order payment, a wallet top-up — is processed by Razorpay and verified on our server before anything is marked paid. SKML Foods Wallet is a closed-loop balance: it can only be spent on orders inside this app, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
We ask for location access so you can drop a pin on the exact delivery spot, or use your current GPS location as a starting point. It's used to check delivery range and calculate the delivery fee — it is not tracked in the background, and is not collected unless you're actively picking a delivery address.
Everything between the app and our servers travels over encrypted HTTPS. Your data is scoped by server-side rules so that, by default, you can only read your own orders, addresses, and wallet — not anyone else's. Access from the restaurant side is limited to individually authorized admin accounts, not shared logins.
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for order records and tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove what we can immediately and retain only what we're legally required to, for no longer than required.
SKML Foods involves real-money ordering and payments and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and accounts require phone number verification.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use SKML Foods after a change means you're fine with the updated version.
